1. Order Processing

Every Organicabelle bar is handmade and cured before it ships. Orders are typically packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–3 business days of your order being confirmed on WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once shipped, delivery within India typically takes:

2–4 business days for major cities
4–7 business days for other locations

Timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or remote delivery locations.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) depend on your location and order size and will be shared with you when your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, before you pay.

4. Order Tracking

We don't currently run an automated tracking page — once your order ships, we'll share the courier name and tracking details (where available) directly on WhatsApp.

5. Packaging

In keeping with our no-plastic promise, bars are wrapped by hand in kraft paper and tied with jute thread, then packed for safe transit.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order details — see our Refund Policy for how we handle damaged or missing items.
