1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Organicabelle website ("the Site"), placing an order, or contacting us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About Organicabelle
Organicabelle is a small handmade soap business making botanical, handcrafted soaps. Orders are currently taken and confirmed directly over WhatsApp rather than through an automated checkout.
3. Products & Descriptions
We try to describe our products, ingredients, and pricing as accurately as possible. Because each bar is handmade, small variations in colour, shape, weight, and scent strength between batches are normal and are not considered defects. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice.
4. Orders
Adding a product to your cart and clicking "Order on WhatsApp" opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message summarising your selection. An order is only confirmed once we reply to you on WhatsApp confirming availability, final price, and delivery details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, or delivery-area limits.
5. Payments
Payment methods and timing (advance/COD, where available) will be shared with you on WhatsApp at the time your order is confirmed.
6. Skin Suitability & Product Use
Skin suitability varies between individuals. Please review the ingredients listed for each product before purchase, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Content on this Site, including any Skin Expert section, is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice — for persistent skin concerns, please consult a qualified dermatologist.
7. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and design on this Site belong to Organicabelle unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Organicabelle is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or this Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
